Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in all consensual forms and 5 minutes for all further appointments.
there is a 20% non refundable deposit that goes towards your service when you book

cancellations

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
A 20% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment.

late arrival / no shows

If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you will need to rebook.
No shows will result in a 40% fee of the service booked.
